As an expert in loading barges, you're out of the frying pan and into the fire every day: You have to comply with ever-changing safety regulations, always have to keep an eye on countless order data - and you must never lose sight of your company's efficiency. How would it be if you could relieve your team and at the same time make legally compliant ship loading more economical? This is possible - with our VERA-V3 software solution!
International shipping is an important part of global trade. This makes it all the more important that the loading and unloading of cargo ships, oil tankers & co goes smoothly across the pier. And this is where you come in. Fillers have to comply with strict regulations on handling dangerous goods, avoid congestion and delays, mediate between the shipmaster, the shipping office and other parties involved, and report comprehensively to the authorities. This requires a lot of manpower and a lot of care - especially if you do these tasks by hand. After all, coordinating countless ship shipments is extremely complex. Communication between partners is time-consuming. The manual documentation of hundreds of loadings and unloadings immensely error-prone. Time to clear the decks.
Starting with order entry, through the creation of shipping documents, to compliance with all filler obligations - as a long-standing partner of large tank farms, well-known refineries and international chemical companies, we know how time-consuming the loading and unloading of ships can be. That's why we have developed VERA-V3; a software solution specially tailored to your needs that relieves you and your team of many unpleasant, manual tasks. For example, VERA-V3 allows you to quickly and easily classify, label and document (dangerous) goods in accordance with applicable regulations - thus legally securing your company. How does our software do that? VERA-V3 controls the complete ship loading process after you have entered the order data: You can see both the piers and the current status of the ships, and you can call up additional functions from the screen. While the tanker is leaving the pier, VERA-V3 creates the shipping information and passes it on to the shipmaster, the shipping office or relevant ERP systems and partners. Once all data is in the safe harbor, the pier is released to a new freighter.

Our software offers different billing methods:
Notification. In this method, billing is based on an announcement that includes information such as the scheduled quantity, time or locations of loading.
Counter. The freight quantity is recorded by a counter - perfect for measuring liquid goods and bulk cargo.
Inside measurement. Here, the actual payload or available space inside the container is measured and accounted for.
Outer measurement. Billing is based on the outer dimensions of the container (including length, width and height).
Which billing method is suitable for your company depends on various factors; such as the type of goods to be transported, the contracts between partners involved or the laws. We will be happy to help you find the right method.
ADN is the abbreviation for "European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Inland Waterways". It regulates the transport of dangerous goods on rivers or canals in the member states of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE). Just like the other agreements, it contains requirements for handling dangerous goods before, during and after shipment.
