Good preparation is everything! Successful launch of VERA-V3 at Ambrian Energy

In October, the time had come: our colleagues Daniel Alexander, Holger Porath and Dirk Männel put our VERA V3 solution into operation at Ambrian Energy GmbH in Bremen. With VERA V3, we make loading and unloading trucks even easier, and that's exactly how it went for us on that day, because the changeover was completed within an hour.

It was no coincidence that everything worked so well: we had been preparing, testing and optimising intensively since spring.

This included, among other things:
- Setting up and testing all interfaces
- Carrying out a wet loading test
- Preparing the master data transfer
- Entering all driver data
...and much more.

Our goal: minimal disruption, maximum added value for the customer.
The fact that we achieved this goal is demonstrated by the rapid go-live and the fact that 261 shipments were processed without any problems in the first 24 hours.
