Building Modernization Act (GModG): What does this new challenge mean for the heating market? Our advice: Stay calm for now.

At the Bavarian regional assembly by UNITI Bundesverband EnergieMittelstand e.V. at the Truck Forum of MAN Truck & Bus SE in Munich, our Head of Decarbonization, Daniel Koslowski, together with Dirk Arne Kuhrt, provided initial insights into the latest developments surrounding the GModG and their potential impact on the industry.

It’s an exciting topic, because one thing is clear: market participants are facing new requirements. In particular, the question of how the necessary documentation can be tracked and provided along the value chain in the future will gain in importance and could become a competitive advantage.

Our perspective on this is quite relaxed.
That’s because, with CEETRAC, we’ve been dealing with exactly these kinds of processes for almost two years. The solution is already established and leverages existing workflows to consolidate information along the chain and provide the relevant documentation in connection with the delivery.

The challenge is new. The process itself is not.
This is exactly the perspective we wanted to bring to Munich.
