VERA-CONTROL

Easy and secure separation of booking system and dispatch control

VERA-CONTROL  as a stand-alone solution is mostly used by refineries that need a clear separation of booking systems and dispatch control. Our software proceeds on the assumption that a dispatch order that contains all the information needed to control the loading process is provided via a defined, preferably electronic, interface. The booking systems used by our customers usually consist of authorisation, quantity approval, quantity booking and issuing of delivery documents. Once loading is complete, all information relevant to dispatch is transmitted back via an interface of the booking system  in an outgoing delivery dataset.

Tank truck loading

As a tank truck loading solution, VERA-CONTROL handles traffic control including management of queues and display panels. If desired, it can also issue vehicle and driver cards.

VERA-CONTROL enables you to operate gates and barriers, loading platforms for top and/or bottom loading, as well as scales and PLC.

Tank car loading

For tank car loading, in addition to PLC and scale control, full management of tank car master data and visual tracking of tank cars in the refinery parking area is possible where necessary.

Modes oftransport in general

For all modes of transport, a laboratory interface is available for importing tank information and analysises. The information relevant to dispatch is provided in the form of an outgoing loading order via a booking system interface. Depending on the carrier, this outgoing loading order contains information such as actual quantities (kg and l), density and temperature, filling stations and tank information, quality parameters, additive quantities, RME and ethanol amounts, original document information etc.

Use our loading control software VERA-CONTROL as a perfect supplement to VERA-V3 or as a stand-alone solution, and benefit from these additional features:

  • Integration of all common loading equipment in refineries
  • Freely configurable options for loading systems including lanes, filling stations, additives, tanks, scales
  • Intuitive and consistent visual representation of the loading processes
  • Secure data retention in a relational database; comparison of certain tables (e.g. products and tanks) with a superimposed booking system across configurable interfaces is possible
  • The graphical user interface provides features for easy intervention by dispatch staff in the event of process disruptions or problems
